1. Booking and Services
By booking an event or utilizing our digital marketing services, you agree to our standard operating procedures. Dopamine vs Ethics reserves the right to manage cultural, devotional, and corporate events with our utmost standard of excellence. All bookings are subject to venue availability and artist confirmation.
2. Vimal Agro Purchases
All agricultural products sourced and sold through Vimal Agro are subject to seasonal availability. We guarantee the premium quality of our produce, but due to the perishable nature of these goods, all claims regarding product condition must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Payments and Cancellations
Payment schedules for event management must be strictly adhered to as per the individual contract. Cancellations for large-scale events or digital marketing retainers must be made within the specified contractual window. Non-refundable deposits may apply to secure venues and talent.
4. Liability
While we guarantee 100% efficiency and dedication, Dopamine vs Ethics is not liable for force majeure events, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact event schedules or agricultural supply chains.
